How to Apply for a Rental

First things first, view our available rentals online and see what time the in person inspections are, then register for the inspections you would like to attend or request a virtual inspection.
If you are unavailable to visit in person you can send someone on your behalf to look at it for you or talk to our rental team who can answer any questions you may have.
Once you have found a rental property that will suit you, fill out our Rental Application form. Anyone over the age of 18 who will be living with you will need to fill out their own individual Rental Application.
You will also need to declare any pets you have and fill out a separate Pet Application form. It can be a good idea to attach photos of your family pets, and a short cover letter to your application form to help the landlord get to know you.
Please include your rental history in your application, however if you have no previous rental history then a written reference from your employer can assist. Request from your employer for details on your income, how long you have been employed and a short character reference.
Your application will also ask you to provide two other character references from people who are not related to you.
Submit your application form as soon as possible, ideally within the first 24 hours. You can do this by filling out a hard copy and emailing a scanned copy to reception@tbre.team or online through our secure 2Apply Platform.
